[Freelance] Marketing and Web Assistant at Webservio - HR Management Portal

Weï¿½re looking for a Marketing/Web Assistant. The position will initially be part time to help with the completion of two specific projects:

1) HTML template creation and population with applicable service content, including text, tables, images, banner ads, and links to relevant service information (ie online support portal, billing, etc.), and

2) Marketing campaign to include: ï¿½HTML landing pages, CRM data entry, campaign workflow, email template content, and call script content.

These projects will last approximately through the end of December 2022. After that point, additional opportunities will be available to qualified individuals.

In order to succeed in this position, you need to be systematic and detail-oriented. Do you like creating in Bootstrap and writing marketing content? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!

INITIAL PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow established website design to create responsive HTML templates, email templates, and campaign landing pages
Populate templates with appropriate content
CRM data entry
Online research to gather updated contact data as needed.
Assist the Marketing Coordinator with additional data organization and reporting as needed.

SKILL SETS NEEDED

Bootstrap, HTML 5.0, CSS, Javascript
X2 Engine or Agile CRM experience is a big plus
Graphic design
Website content and email campaign writing
Ad design and copy creation
Excellent English (spelling and grammar)

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Seeking a bright individual with good telephone voice to call prospects, gather information, set appointmetns, and land sales following established procedures. Other tasks include administrative support for various Sales and Marketing functions. Telemarketing and CRM experience a plus. Position has great career opportunities. [Freelance] Re-create Technical Diagrams Using Icon Library at Webservio - HR Management Portal

Looking for an illustrator with experience creating technical diagrams. We have 50-55 diagrams in layered .png format to be converted using a new icon library.

Examples of existing diagrams can be reviewed by using left navigation under the Contact Us box here: https://message-continuity.com/technical-scenarios.html?view=application and by clicking the links in the Technical Solutions right nav of each Technical Scenario page (ie https://message-continuity.com/technical-scenarios/internal-mail-server-with-filtering-appliance.html).

There are approximately 50-55 diagrams in layered .png format.

The deliverable must include both a layered .png file as the source AND a compressed .jpg file suitable for web delivery with max display of 1920 X 1080 and minimum display 800 X 640.

We'll provide the icon set libraries to be used.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

Please provide links to technical diagrams and/or technical icon sets you've created along with a time estimate for job completion.
